Write to us about a hotel with something living on its ground that we have not covered, about ground we have described wrongly, about a plain factual error anywhere on the site, or about anything a hotel itself wants to correct. Those four are the messages we can actually act on, and we read every one of them.

We do not take bookings, we do not check availability and we do not pass enquiries on to hotels. If you want a room, the hotel is the place to write. If you want a correction, this is the place, and it costs nothing and buys nothing.
