The operator of this site can be reached through the contact form. This notice explains what happens to personal data here and is written in the spirit of the General Data Protection Regulation, without being tied to one country.

The contact form collects the name, email address, subject and message you enter, together with your consent to store them. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account, no login and no profile.

We use that data for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, and our legitimate interest in correcting factual errors on the site.

Messages are kept while they are being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can trace a correction back to its source. After that they are deleted. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing through the contact form.

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include an abbreviated address, a timestamp, the page requested and a browser string. These are used for security and for keeping the site running, and they are deleted on the host's ordinary schedule.

There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixel and no third-party cookie on this site. Nothing is stored in your browser at all: the single script on these pages opens and closes the menu and writes nothing anywhere. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service to load them.

Hosting and email are handled by service providers acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing.

If a provider stores data outside your country or region, that transfer is covered by the safeguards permitted under applicable data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write through the contact form and we will answer within the period the law allows.

You may also complain to the supervisory authority for data protection where you live or work, whichever is more convenient for you.
