These terms cover the use of urbaanmeadow.com. By reading the site you accept them. They are written to be neutral as to country, and the law that applies is given at the end.

The site is editorial and informational. It is not a travel agency, a booking service or an intermediary of any kind. It takes no reservations, holds no availability and forms no contract between a reader and a hotel.

Descriptions of the ground around a hotel are written from published material in our own words. They are not a biological reference, not a guarantee that anything will be seen, and not guidance on how to behave near animals. Where such guidance matters, the site or reserve that manages the land is the authority.

Information may age. Names, operators, access arrangements and land management all change, and we do not warrant that any entry is current at the moment you read it. Nothing on this site is advice to buy, book or travel.

External links are provided for reference only. We do not control linked material and take no responsibility for it.

Text on this site is our own work and is protected by copyright. Photographs are used with the permission of their authors. Do not republish either without written permission. Hotel names and marks belong to their owners and are used here descriptively.

If you find a factual error, write to us through the contact page. A hotel may send a correction about its own ground, and a correction we can confirm will be made. We do not remove accurate material on request.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site or from reliance on any entry in it.

It contains no information about play, no odds, no promotions and no links to gambling services, and it is not an invitation to gamble.
